Barbara is a Life Balance Coach, Facilitator, Cook, Entrepreneur and Author who has extensive knowledge relating to clients who lost touch with themselves or life in general. Her passion is to help clients find their life balance again in all areas of their life.

Having assisted people in Australia, Malaysia and Germany her energy, compassion, enthusiasm and expertise make her an excellent coach.

Barbara loves nothing more than working with people who are committed to creating the life they desire with fun practical steps, goal-setting, relationship counselling and wholefood nutrition.

Barbara has a diploma in Psychology/Counselling, she has done extensive personal development training and has years of experience. Furthermore she is an excellent communicator with much life-experience gathered from a life of business in retail, hospitality, corporate and coaching, whilst residing across several continents. She speaks fluent English and German

Learn how to prepare healthy meals in a fun environment. Easy to prepare, mainly vegan (some vegetarian), cooked, baked, raw and more. You will come away reassured that it IS in fact possible to serve the most delightful dishes to your family without having to include meat products every time. With these dishes, even rigid meat-lovers will be positively surprised and you will know that you are doing something for everybody’s well being.

New Year, New You” – January 12th and 19th

“Barbara kindly came to my home and gave a food preparation demonstration to five of my friends and myself, Regina. Barbara prepared all six vegetarian  dishes with all of us hands on and learning along the way. Many questions and sharing of tips and tricks were exchanged throughout the morning and was many laughs. Although our culinary skills were not as efficient as Barbaras we had such fun and laughter as the morning progressed. The four hours passed very quickly. 
The beauty of the cooking demonstration is that Barbara came with all the ingredients on board  and necessary utensils and cooked enough food that  we all had more than enough food for everyone to share and take some home. Barbara also gave each of us a print out of all six dishes so we could follow along and take notes when necessary. We had a ball, and I have since cooked some of the dishes and my family have even enjoyed them, even if they are not vegetarian. Thanks Barbara, well done.”
